The Space
This property is a recently redecorated three-story Georgian house located in a bustling area of Weymouth. It maintains some of its original features, including an open fire, wood flooring, and the original staircase. The house has three bedrooms, with one double and two twins. The fourth bedroom is used for storage and will remain locked during your stay.
The house features a bath and separate shower, a washer/dryer, a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, complimentary tea, coffee, and juice, a private outdoor space, dining seating for six, a comfortable sofa, a TV with Netflix, a microwave, free WiFi, books, toys, and games for children.
The property very close to highly rated pubs and restaurants, there are plenty of shops nearby, including an Food Warehouse within walking distance. There is a garage and fast food options nearby as well. The train station is literally across the road, so you can easily leave your car behind and rely on public transportation during your stay. If you do decide to drive, we can provide you with a free resident parking permit for the duration of your stay, which is valid in adjacent residential roads on a first come, first served basis. There are also several paid car parks in the area, with daily rates starting at around £6. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to the entire house, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms (with the fourth remaining locked for storage), and the small courtyard out back. You are welcome to use all of the facilities in the home, including any food or drink that may be present in the cupboards or fridge.
Other Things to Note
Upon arrival, it is recommended that you park your car in the train station car park to get your bearings before moving it to the dedicated residential parking in one of the surrounding roads. A list of the road names and parking permit information will be provided to you prior to your arrival. If parking is not available in the residential areas, you may park in the train station car park for a daily fee of around 6 pounds, or in the Swannery car park located approximately 100 yards to the left of the property. Please note that parking fees may be lower on weekends, with rates starting at around 6.10 pounds for Friday to Sunday.

Located by the cycle path within Lodmoor Park, Sandworld is a mesmerizing attraction featuring incredible sculptures crafted by local artists. Let the children’s creativity shine as they create their own sand sculptures. Additionally, enjoy smaller displays along the seafront that showcase exquisite attention to detail.
The Sea Life Centre is an absolute delight for marine animal enthusiasts and offers much more than meets the eye. Bursting with thrilling rides and engaging activities for children, it provides endless entertainment. The seafront also boasts a wide array of rides, while the arcades remain open into the evening. Hop aboard the charming little train that travels along the entire seafront, where you can also enjoy delightful donkey rides on the beach. During the summer, Punch and Judy shows take place on the seafront. A short walk away, you’ll find Nothe Fort, which hosts events catering to both adults and children.
Weymouth is renowned for its captivating Red Arrows display, a highlight of Carnival Day that can be enjoyed from the beach, followed by a splendid fireworks show over the bay.
