The Space – 3 Bedrooms – 6 bed

The house is a typical seaside townhouse/cottage. With three bedrooms over 3 floors.
Ground floor having a living room, kitchen and small dining area (leading to a gravel courtyard/garden, which is a great sun trap!)
The first floor comprises of a large bathroom, with a bath and shower. Also the first floor has the double/family room (a double bed and single bed in the same room). There is also wardrobe and drawer space.
The second floor has two more further bedrooms, one twin room and one single room.

The house runs along a quiet road in Weymouth, which leads you directly into the town centre.

The kitchen is fully equipped for at least 6 people.
There are 6 dining room chairs in the small dining area.
The living room has a two and three seater sofa, tv, PS3 (and some games), board games and books.

There is free wi-fi in the house, details are in the folder.

The rental is for the whole house, this is not a shared property. You have exclusive use.

Guest Access

Everywhere in Weymouth is walkable, and coming by train is a bonus as it is about a 1 minute walk to the house.

However, if you do choose to drive, we can offer you a residential parking permit for the duration of your stay, free of charge. I will contact you a day or two before your arrival and arrange the parking for you.

One of the older residential streets in Weymouth, many of the properties are rented as holiday lets or have long term residents in. Quiet, yet close to everything!

The Sea Life Centre is an absolute delight for marine animal enthusiasts and offers much more than meets the eye. Bursting with thrilling rides and engaging activities for children, it provides endless entertainment. The seafront also boasts a wide array of rides, while the arcades remain open into the evening. Hop aboard the charming little train that travels along the entire seafront, where you can also enjoy delightful donkey rides on the beach.
